If PowerPoint was open, close it completely and reopen it so the add-in loads.
Go to Home → Add-ins → Developer Add-ins → Deck Designer. The panel appears on the right.
Press the Windows key, type PowerShell and press Enter. No "Run as administrator" needed.
Copy this single line, paste it into PowerShell and press Enter:
