Mark slides with 3 workflow states — To Design, In Review, and Designed — plus Unmarked, using named shapes as tags. Each mark stamps the date and time it was set (e.g. "6/4 3:42p GMT-5") so you always know when a slide was finished.

Click on any status counter to jump directly to the first slide with that status. Quickly navigate large decks by workflow state.

One-click resync of the status counters and progress bar after editing tags directly in the deck — no need to reopen the panel.
Switch between dark and light modes with customizable accent colors (cyan, pink, green). Preferences persist per document.

If PowerPoint was open, close it completely and reopen it so the add-in loads.
Go to Home → Add-ins → Developer Add-ins → Deck Producer. The panel appears on the right.
Press the Windows key, type PowerShell and press Enter. No "Run as administrator" needed.
